Defendant's conviction for domestic violence is affirmed. The conviction is not against the manifest weight of the evidence. The victim testified that the defendant kicked her in the face and attempted to kick her in the body when she was lying on the floor. Defendant failed to show that his counsel's failure to object to certain testimony was prejudicial to him in this bench trial.
