Syllabus

<p>Í Criminal Law. Evidence. Other offenses. Intoxicating; liquors.</p> <p>A conviction of the illegal sale of intoxicating liquors where there is no sort of evidence to sustain it, except mere suspicion, will be set aside.</p> <p>/. Same.</p> <p>On the trial of a case for the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquors, it was error for the court to permit the state to show previous convictions of various and divers crimes against the defendant.</p>
