Syllabus

<p>Depositions — Commissioner of another state court — Contempt— Section 11310, General Code, constitutional.</p> <p>1. A commissioner appointed by a court of another state to take depositions in Ohio is an officer in the sense in which that term is used in Section 11510, General Code.</p> <p>2. That section as applied to such commissioner who seeks to punish a witness for contempt for his refusal to be sworn as a witness is constitutional.</p>
