<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Mines and Minerals — Gas Lease — Construction. An ordinary gas lease contained a clause which reads: “To pipe gas to the house for domestic purposes as soon as well is completed.” Held, that by this provision the parties intended that the gas furnished thereunder should be supplied without charge.</p>
