<p>Bale—Actual and Continued Change of Possession—Evidence.—Upon a review of the evidence, held, that the sale under which the plaintiff claimed title to the personal property in question was void as to the creditors of liis vendor, because unaccompanied by an actual and continued, change of possession.</p>
