Syllabus

<p>Practice, Q. P. — Amendment of record — Unnecessary party plaintiff.</p> <p>After trial and verdict the court will consider as made, an amendment which ought to have been made, by striking from the record a party plaintiff who had been unnecessarily joined as such. Such amendment introduces no new cause of action under the pleadings and deprives defendant of no substantial right.</p>
