<p>Master and Servant — Injuries to Third Person by Servant— Scope op Employment — Intoxicating Liquors — Duty to Keep Orderly Place. Where the owners of a saloon left the same in control of a bartender, they are liable in damages for the act of the bartender in setting fire to alcohol which he had poured into the shoe of a customer who had fallen asleep; since during the absence of the owners the bartender represented them in their duty to keep an orderly place.</p>
