<p>Equity — Corporations—Election of officers — Quo warranto.</p> <p>A bill in equity to compel the surrender of the property of a corporation cannot be sustained where it appears that the real question in controversy is the validity of the election of the defendants as officers of the corporation. In such a ease quo warranto is the appropriate remedy.</p>
