<p>Appeals — Equity practice — Exceptions—A ssignm ents of error — Quashing appeal.</p> <p>Where no exceptions have been filed in the court of common pleas to a decree on a bill in equity, there is nothing on the record to support assignments of error, and an appeal from such a decree must be quashed.</p>
