Syllabus

R.C. 3780.10(B) required applicants to possess a license to operate a medical marijuana dispensary at the time of application in order to be eligible for a 10(B) license. Because appellant did not meet this condition, the trial court did not err in granting the Division's motion for summary judgment. Assignment of error overruled; judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirmed.
