<p>Boroughs — Sewers—Inadequacy of sewer.</p> <p>A municipality in constructing a sewer exercises a judicial discretion, and is not responsible ior an error of judgment in furnishing a sewer inadequate for the purpose contemplated. Fair v. Philadelphia, 88 Pa. 809, followed.</p>
