<p>Divorce — Insanity no ground for divorce — Acts of April 13, 1843, P. L. 233 and April 18, 1905, P. L. 211.</p> <p>Hopeless insanity is not ground for divorce in Pennsylvania.</p> <p>The Act of April 18, 1905, P. L. 211, amending sec. 8 of the Act of April 13,1843, P. L. 233, does make insanity a new ground of divorce.</p>
