<p>LIMITATION OF ACTIONS — PROMISSORY NOTES-REVIVAL BY PARTIAL PAYMENT-LIABILITY. OF SURETY.</p> <p>An action against the surety upon a promissory note is barred by the lapse of six years after its maturity, where no payments have been made by the surety, and he has not ratified any payments by his principal.</p>
