Syllabus

The trial court's decision to grant a judgment to appellee was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where the record contained competent, credible evidence indicating valid consideration was given to support the trial court's finding an enforceable contract had been created so as to subject appellant to liability for his failure to pay appellee in accordance with the terms of the contract.
