<p>On a bill to adjust the liabilities of the partners in a private bank, at the time of suspending business in 1884, the owner of shares purchased from the bank in 1881, the bank being then insolvent and having purchased the shares itself from withdrawing shareholders, is not entitled to credit for the amount paid for the shares</p>
