<p>In action on a sealed note, signed by three makers in the following words: “ One day after date we, or either of us, promise to pay six hundred ninety-eight dollars and eighty-nine cents, with interest annually, for value received of him, as witness we set our hands seals, September 7, 1864,” parol testimony may be introduced to show who was the payee.</p>
