<p>1. EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS (§ 495*)— Executor’s Commission.</p> <p>The heirs opposed the executor’s final account.</p> <p>The testimony shows that the executor had seisin of the property of the succession and administered the succession.</p> <p>The commission is calculated on the value of I the property in the inventory administered by the executor.</p> <p>[Ed. Executors and Administrators (§ 510*)— Accounting — Attorney’s Fee.</p> <p>The fee of the attorney is not excessive. It is sustained by testimony of the members of the bar, by the decision of the district court, under whose observation and direction the succession was settled.</p> <p>[Ed. Husband and Wife (§ 133*) — Wipe’s Claim — Paraphernal Property.</p> <p>The title to paraphernal property claimed by the widow was not proven.
