<p>Real Actions — Evidence.</p> <p>Where the plaintiff in a petitory action relies on a title describing .totally different property from that sued for, and the evidence makes it at least probable that it was the intention of his author to sell the property described, there can be no recovery.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
