<p>Two-Fund Doctrine — Constitution of 1895 — Remedies.—Sec. 28, art. III., of the Constitution of 1895, abrogating the two-fund doctrine as applied to homesteads, is not retroactive, does not apply to judgments obtained before adoption of the Constitution, and is not amere incident of the remedy. Mr. Chief Justice McIver dissents on the latter point.</p>
