<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Practice, District Court — Continuance—Dismissal for Want of Prosecution. Whether it is an abuse of discretion for a trial court to refuse to postpone the trial of an action, and to dismiss the case for want of prosecution and refuse to reinstate it on motion of the plaintiff, depends upon the particular facts of each case, and no general rule can be laid down. In the case at bar it is held that the judicial discretion of the court was abused.</p>
