Syllabus

<p>The direction of the municipal authorities of Baltimore to the street railroad company to maintain but one track through Lexington street from and to the points named, instead of a double track as originally granted to the company, did not substantially change the terms of the contract (if there was one) between the city and the railroad as expressed in the original grant, and was no more than the exercise by the city of its acknowledged power to make a reasonable regulation concerning the use of the street by the railroad company.</p>
