<p>Motion for judgment notwithstanding verdict — Pleadings and not record — To be considered, when.</p> <p>In disposing of a motion for judgement notwithstanding the verdict of a jury, the trial court is confined to a consideration of the statements in the pleadings, and the record outside of the statements in the pleadings should not be considered in deciding such motion. McCoy et al. v. Jones et al., 61 Ohio St., 119, approved and followed.</p>
