<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Trial — Duty of Trial Court — Verdict Set Aside — New Trial. Rule followed that if, upon weighing the evidence, the trial court is. disT satisfied with the verdict of the jury, it is his duty to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial.</p> <p>2. Same — New Trial. Error in overruling a demurrer to evidence will not cause the reversal of an order granting a new trial, where the appeal is specifically from that order.</p>
