Syllabus
<p>Landlord and Tenant — Dangerous Premises — Injury to Servant oe Lessee — Liability oe Owner. The lessor of a sawmill is not liable to the employees of the lessee for injuries sustained by reason of holes in the floor, left to let sawdust and refuse drop into the waters below, where there was no covenant in the lease requiring the landlord to repair, and no concealment or fraud on his part, and he retained no control or supervision over the premises.</p>
