<p>Ownership of Money Deposited in Savings Bank in Names of Husband and Wife and the Survivor — Earnings of Married Woman Carrying 011 Independent Business — Costs.</p> <p>Where money is deposited in a Savings Bank to the credit of a husband and wife, subject to the order of either or the survivor, such money belongs to the surviving wife, as against the administrator of her husband, if it be shown that the same was her property when originally deposited.</p> <p>A married woman may carry on independently for her own benefit the business of raising and selling farm products, and the profits thereof belong to her.'</p> <p>When an administrator files a bill to recover property alleged to have belonged to his decedent and the claim is rejected, he will be required to pay the costs of the proceeding; and the question whether such costs should be allowed out of the funds of the estate is to be determined by the Orphans’ Court.</p>
