<p>1. “AN ACT EOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OE AGRICULTURE,” APPROVED FEBRUARY 18, 1867 — writing necessary to create lien. — By this act a writing is necessary to create the lien it provides for.</p> <p>2. Contract in writing which does not create a lien. — A written acknowledgment of indebtedness f or “ cash and supplies ’ ’ furnished the signer, without any thing more, though filed and enrolled, does not constitute a lien under the act referred to.</p>
