<p>Equity — Preliminary injunction — Maintaining status quo — Appeal.</p> <p>Where there is apparently sufficient ground for the action of the court below in awarding a preliminary injunction it will not be disturbed on appeal; the status quo will be preserved until final hearing.</p>
