Syllabus

<p>Deeds — Covenants—Recitals—Adverse possession.</p> <p>The mere recital in a deed that a portion of the land conveyed was held by the grantor by adverse possession does not furnish the grantee ground for an action for breach of covenant, after the portion of the land referred to had been lost to him by an adverse recovery, if the deed contained no covenant of warranty either general or special.</p>
