<p>LIMITATIONS — INTERRUPTION—PENDING SUIT.</p> <p>1. Though a suit brought by the individual members of a commercial partnership for a tort committed to the alleged damage of the partnership has been dismissed on the ground that it should have been instituted in the partnership name, the suit none the less interrupted the running of prescription against the partnership during its pendency.
