Syllabus

Plaintiffs, an individual and corporation, appeal the court's decision denying their attempt to domesticate a California default judgment against the defendant, an Ohio resident. Plaintiffs failed to object to the magistrate's decision finding that the California court that entered the judgment lacked personal jurisdiction over the defendant. There was no plain error in the court's adoption of the magistrate's decision where there were no obvious errors of law in the magistrate's decision.

Judges: S. Powell
