REPORTED OPINION AND ORDER. Granting in part Mr. Attia&039;s [72] motion for judgment on the administrative record; granting in part the government&039;s [56] motion for judgment on the administrative record and motion to dismiss; granting in part the government&039;s [81] motion to dismiss; and remanding the federal tax gross-up issue. The case is stayed until 6/27/2025.The government shall file a status report by 5/12/2025, informing the court of the status of DFAS&039;s calculations and any payment to Mr. Attia. The parties shall file a joint status report by 7/11/2025, informing the court of the status of DFAS&039;s calculations and any payment to Mr. Attia and proposing any next steps in this case
