<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Accord and Satisfaction — Release of Claim for Personal Injuries. Under all the circumstances shown by the findings of fact in this case, held, that the release in writing signed by the plaintiff acknowledging full satisfaction of all claims for personal injuries- bars her right to recover, and entitles the defendant to judgment in its favor for costs.</p>
