<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>1. Laws 1905, Chapter 97, applies to electric railroads as well as to steam railroads.</p> <p>2. Laws 1907, Chapter 97, invests in the court the right to determine and regulate the place and manner of crossing by one railroad of the tracks of another.</p>
