Syllabus

Because the trial court specifically declined to reserve jurisdiction to modify the spousal support award in the parties' divorce decree, the trial court lacked jurisdiction pursuant to R.C. 3105.18(E) to vacate that award under Civ.R. 60(B). Also, the trial court erred in sua sponte vacating the property division provision of the divorce decree under Civ.R. 60(B) and in refusing to consider appellant's motion for attorney fees on its merits.
