Syllabus
Court of Claims did not abuse its discretion by denying motion for relief from judgment under Civ.R. 60(B). The provision of the local rules of court cited by the appellant relating to case numbers did not substantiate appellant's claim that sentencing entries attached to affidavit in support of motion for summary judgment were fraudulent. Therefore, the Court of Claims did not abuse its discretion by concluding that appellant failed to demonstrate he was entitled to relief from the entry granting summary judgment.
