Syllabus

<p>The adjudication and allowance of a claim in the distribution of a decedent’s estate by an auditor, followed by a decree of the Orphans’ Court confirming the auditor’s report, is as effective to toll the bar of the statute of limitations as would be a judgment at law, and in such ease the statute is inoperative.</p>
