Syllabus

<p>TV hen the committee of a lunatic, authorized by the court having jurisdiction, makes expenditures for the support of those found by the inquisition to constitute the lunatic’s family, he will be protected therein, although the persons receiving the maintenance are not the lawful wife and legitimate children of the lunatic, and such are in esse.</p>
