<p>Trustees — Measure of requisite skill and prudence.</p> <p>Good faith and common skill and prudence but not infallibility of judgment are required of a trustee, and where these requirements have been met the general rule is to allow him reasonable compensation, depending upon circumstances of the case, and also to reimburse him for necessary-outlays for the advice and assistance of counsel.</p>
