The petitioner, Anthony Lee Moosman, appeals the denial of his petition for post conviction relief, which petition challenged hisguilty-pleaded convictions of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, especially aggravated burglary, attempted aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, and unlawful carrying of a weapon, alleging that he was deprived of the effective assistance of counsel and that his guilty pleas were not entered knowingly and voluntarily. Discerning no error, we affirm the denial of postconviction relief.
