Voluntary dismissal of their action hy the plaintiffs after denial of their motion for a continuance, and immediate commencement of a second action for the same relief, waived error committed in denying the continuance.</p> <p>2. Same — No Abuse of Judicial Discretion. The proceedings examined, and held, the court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to reinstate the first action.</p>
