Bankruptcy — Powers of Court — Ordering Bankrupt to Pay Over Money.</p> <p>A court of bankruptcy or referee is without power to order a bankrupt to pay over to his trustee money collected from his debtors after he had knowledge of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy against him by. creditors, which money has since passed into the possession of others, and is not under his control.</p>
