<p>Railroads — Negligence—Sparks—Evidence.</p> <p>In an action against a railroad company to recover damages for the burning of property alleged to have been caused by sparks, where there is no evidence whatever that sparks were emitted from a passing engine and fell on or near the building destroyed, and might have caused the fire, the negligence alleged cannot be established by evidence of other acts of a similar character before and after the fire, which only tend to show negligent habit.</p>
