<p>Damages (§ 106*)—Negligence in Performing Contract—Measure.</p> <p>Exceptions to commissioner’s report that the libellant had failed to prove any damages. The evidence showed that the steamer would have sailed if it had not been for the damage repairs on the 8th of September, 1906, and as, owing to such repairs, she did not get away until the 17th, the exception sustained and held, that the libellant was entitled to compensation for nine days’ detention less the amount it saved by not being obliged to pay overtime charges.</p> <p>[Ed.
