Syllabus
<p>Fraudulent Sale—Ownership does not Pass to Vendee—Remedies op Seller. —Where a sale of personal property is procured by fraud, the ownership of the property is not changed, unless the seller in some way afterwards ratifies the sale; amd'in the absence of a ratification, the seller may maintain an action to recover possession of the property or damages for its conversion.</p>
