<p>Insurance — Funeral benefits — Payment—Husband and wife.</p> <p>Where a policy of insurance provides for the payment of funeral benefits to the executors or administrators of the insured, but also provides that the company may make payment “to any relative by blood, or connection by marriage of the insured,” or to any other person appearing to the company to be equitably entitled to the benefits by reason of having incurred expense for the burial of the insured, and it appears that the company paid the benefits in good faith and in the exercise of its discretion to the husband of the insured, such payment vests in the husband an absolute property in the proceeds, and he may deal with them as his own without any liability to account for them to his wife's administrator.</p>
