Syllabus

<p>Negligence — Damages—Widow and children — Acts of April 15,1851, and April 26, 1855.</p> <p>Under the acts of April 15, 1851, P. L. 674, and April 26, 1855, P. L. 309, where a widow recovers damages for the death of her husband, children of the deceased are entitled to a share of the amount recovered as in case of intestacy.</p>
