<p>1. County Treasubebs. Official bonds.</p> <p>County treasurers are liable on their official bonds for the abso- ' lute safety of all money coming into their hands, unless it be lost by the act of God or the public enemy.</p> <p>2. Same. Theft of funds. County’s safe.</p> <p>It is no defense to an action on a county treasurer’s bond that the money was stolen, without the treasurer’s fault, from the safe provided by the county for its preservation.</p>
