<p>Parties—Misnomer—Amendment.</p> <p>Where defendant corporation files plea in abatement for misnomer, plaintiff should be allowed to amend the declaration and record where the misnomer consists only in the omission of “the ” from the name of defendant, where the defendant is clearly identified.</p>
