<p>Bill op BeviEw bob New Tbial.—A bill of review for a new trial must be filed within the time allowed by law for the prosecution of an appeal, or writ of error, in the original cause, a review of which is sought.</p> <p>Bill to Set Aside a Judgment as Bbaudulent.—A bill of review to set aside a judgment as fraudulent will not be sustained on the ground that the opposing party was sworn as a witness in the case in which the judgment was rendered, and knew of a fact which, if proved, would have given judgment to the other party, and failed to disclose it, and witnesses have since been discovered who will testify to such fact.</p>
