<p>Deeds. Warrant. Construction. Code 1892, H 2479, 2480.</p> <p>'Under Code 1892, §§ 2479, 2480, giving a form of a deed, using the words, “I convey and warrant,” etc., and providing that it shall he effectual to transfer right, title, claim, and possession, and that the word “warrant” in a deed shall constitute a covenant that the grantor will forever warrant and defend the title, the word “warrant” constitutes a warranty of the possession as well as of the title.</p>
